1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • In its original condition and packaging

    • Free of damage, misuse, or unauthorized alterations

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

⚠️ Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or special-order vending machines

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to improper use or installation

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping, handling, and installation fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

If your vending machine arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to restocking or processing fees.
